Individual Therapy – A trained therapist works with a single person to treat and build coping skills for emotional difficulties and other personal issues.
Couples Therapy – A trained therapist works with couples (married, dating, separated, etc.) to resolve interpersonal conflicts and enhance multiple aspects of their relationships.
Family Therapy – There are many different types of “families” in today’s world. Family therapy addresses relational concerns within an identified family system. Goals of family therapy include identifying and changing problematic patterns of interaction, building conflict resolution skills, and enhancing communication.
Teen Therapy – The focus of this treatment is to address problems and issues unique to developing teens in today’s world.
Child Therapy – A trained therapist works with the child and their family to bring about positive changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
Supervision – Individual and Group Clinical or Training supervision for Social Workers within the practice or contracts for area Social Workers seeking Independent licensure.
