Kelley Boole, LSW
Easy scheduling by text message or email
Kelley works with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or worn down by life’s demands and want support that feels steady, practical, and human. She helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, addiction, and major life transitions by creating a calm, collaborative space where people can slow down, be honest, and feel understood. Clients often describe Kelley as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to, even when discussing difficult topics. Kelley brings a wide range of real-world experience into her work, including crisis intervention, intensive outpatient group therapy for substance use recovery, and comprehensive psychosocial assessments. She uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, always tailored to the individual rather than applied as a one-size-fits-all method. Her approach is strength-based and collaborative. Kelley believes therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. Together, you will focus on building practical tools, identifying patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnecting with the inner strengths that may feel hard to access right now. Kelley’s goal is to help clients feel calmer, more confident, and more capable of navigating their lives with clarity and self-trust, whether they are facing a specific challenge or simply want to feel better and more grounded day to day. “I believe in working as a team. My goal is to build a supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable exploring your feelings, sharing your experiences, and discovering solutions. I believe deeply in people’s strength and their desire to grow and create meaningful change.”
