Why work for NGU Wellness?

  • You’ll receive competitive pay on par with other local and online competitors because we want you to feel valued and supported in your role.

  • You’ll achieve work-life balance because we are committed to helping team members achieve this goal.

  • You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative and highly supportive team of mental health professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care and supporting one another.

  • You’ll have autonomy, flexibility and freedom to work with clients in a way that's consistent with your training and experience, with flexible scheduling options.

  • You’ll have valuable professional growth and development opportunities regardless of where you are in your career. Licensed Social Workers (LSW) will be offered on-site training supervision to support your professional growth and help you achieve your independent license, if that is your goal. Licensed supervisors (LISW-S or LPCC-S) will have the opportunity to earn additional income supervising their colleagues as well as other professional opportunities in addition to clinical work, if desired. Opportunities to develop professional interests such as developing programming, leading group therapy, or implementing a specialization are available to all therapists.

  • You can focus on what matters because we handle most administrative aspects for you, including credentialing, advertising/client acquisition and insurance billing. This allows our therapists to focus on providing the highest quality of care to their clients without any additional distractions or hassles.

  • We are a growing, mission-driven organization dedicated to serving our community by embracing and supporting individuals and families - identifying their needs and working collaboratively and creatively to address challenges, learn new skills and achieve enhanced health and wellness. We are well-known, have a positive reputation and are active members of the communities we serve and you will have the opportunity to get involved in local events and initiatives if you desire.

  • We are local so you can see clients in-person, near where they (and you) work and live. The online therapy trend has left a huge demand for in-person therapy, which is what most clients still desire according to many studies. Over 80% of our clients see us in-person. Our office is centrally located at 453 Patterson Rd., 45419.

  • We value diversity, inclusivity and differing perspectives on our team and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients. Your creativity, insight and ideas will always be valued as we look for ways to improve our practice, expand our programming and raise mental health awareness in our community.

  • We are committed to using reliable, user-friendly technologies to enhance the delivery of our services and improve the experiences of our clients.

  • You’ll make a difference and have a meaningful impact in the lives of others and help them achieve their full potential while also living your best life.

NGU stands for Never Give Up. Our practice strives to inspire long-term, holistic wellness for both our staff and the clients we serve. We believe that all people can experience healing and transformation no matter what difficulties or obstacles they must overcome. As therapists, we have the ability to play a pivotal role in that process.

Our team of dedicated mental health professionals is committed to helping our clients achieve their full potential so they can live their best lives. We’re also focused on making a positive difference in our community by raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma and supporting local initiatives.

We work with children, adolescents, adults and families to provide therapy services that meet the varying needs of our clients. We are looking to expand programming to include group therapy, support groups and to raise mental health awareness and we need to add an innovative, self-motivated, professional and passionate therapist or counselor to our team.

If you have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in your community, we want to hear from you. Join our team at NGU Wellness and be a part of a growing practice committed to improving the lives of individuals and families through high-quality counseling and therapy services.
